At the Microelectronics Lab we develop analog and RF integrated circuits. The Group has gained expertise in designing complete RF transceivers as well as individual blocks, including LNAs, mixers, PAs, VCOs and frequency synthesizers. Our research has been supported by several European and Italian Projects. Research has also been funded by major semiconductors companies such as ST-Microelectronics, Mindspeed, Agere Systems, National Semiconductors, Marvell, and Huawei.
